Quel est l'art martial le plus efficace ? dans la realité svp ...par exemple un combat dans une ruelle , ou on se fait attaquer par surprise ...ce genre de situation ...pas comme dans les films hollywodiens ou les mechants attaquent l'un apres l'autre ....;-)
Là il faut te tourner vers les MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), style Jujitsu Brésilien.
Mais quand même un bon pratiquants de n'importe quel Art Martial qui privilégie au cours de son entrainement une approche réaliste, et qui évite d'utiliser des coups style coup de pied retourné sauté, peut être trés efficace en combat de rue.
@fantashoka sur la première video que tu donne tu remarquera que vers 2 min 16, lors des défenses sur attaque au couteau, le défenseur se fait toucher par le couteau sur les trois assaults à l'épaule gauche, à l'avant bras, et à l'intérieur de la cuisse.
En combat réel (puisque là les attaquants font juste semblant d'attaquer) et avec un vrai couteau, il est mort.
@smilodon il est quand même assez rare de n'apprendre que le jujitsu Brésilien, les clubs qui l'enseignent se tournent plus vers un enseignement "pluridisciplinaire" qui ravie les psychopathe fan de "combat" (agression ?) de rue.
